Refund Policy

At EchoTiles, each tile is made to order using your uploaded artwork and NFC configuration. Because these items are customized, all personalized orders are final sale once your digital proof has been approved.
We will replace or refund items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or with an NFC malfunction.
To report an issue:
Contact us at support@echotiles.ca within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description.
We’ll assess and, if approved, send a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.
Non-personalized items (e.g., accessories, stands) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time:
All EchoTiles are custom-made. Production begins after proof approval and typically takes 5–7 business days.
Shipping Time:
Canada: 3–8 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
International: varies by location
We use carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking via email.
EchoTiles is not responsible for delays due to customs, postal strikes, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before checkout.

Data Security:
We use SSL encryption and Shopify’s secure payment infrastructure. Uploaded images are stored securely and deleted from our servers after production unless you opt in to let us feature your design.

Terms of Service
By purchasing from EchoTiles, you agree to the following terms:
Personalized Artwork
You confirm that you own or have rights to use any images or logos you upload. EchoTiles is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement by customer submissions.
Proof Approval
We send a digital proof for approval before production. Once approved, no further edits or cancellations can be made.
NFC Functionality
NFC tags are tested before shipping. Functionality may vary depending on phone model, case thickness, and user settings. EchoTiles cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices.
Liability
EchoTiles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, packaging, and website content are the property of EchoTiles and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Orders are charged at checkout. For large or corporate orders, contact orders@echotiles.ca to request an invoice or quote.
Sales tax (GST/HST/PST) is automatically calculated based on your shipping address.
Care & Installation
To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth. Do not submerge or place in a dishwasher.
Avoid dropping on hard surfaces.
For wall installation, use provided adhesive pads or mounting stands.
NFC tag area is located on the back center of the tile — avoid covering with metal or magnets.
